Pastor Brendan and Margaret Kelly have been married for 33 years. They have 3 adult children – Megan, Kirsten and Christopher. Megan, their eldest daughter is married to Matt and they have 4 children, Zachary, Caleb, Isabella and Hannah.

Pastor Brendan is an Ordained Minister with ACC. His studies include a Bachelor of Education at the University of Southern Queensland, a three year Diploma in Teaching at the Townsville Teachers College (James Cook University), and a Certificate IV in Christian Ministry.

He has been involved in both primary and secondary school teaching for 28 years, 18 years as School Principal. He has been a Bible College Principal for 6 years and a Board Member on various church, school and company boards for over 20 years. Pastor Brendan and Margaret gave their lives to Christ in 1981. They have pioneered Christian schools in Maryborough and Townsville and been involved in various capacities for over ten years.

Pastor Brendan was appointed as Senior Pastor of Spring Street Christian Church in November 2006.
